ParcelKite creates a Track your order page when it is activated. Tracking links in emails and in My account lead there.

What customers see

• Progress steps from shipped to delivered.
• The full history of the parcel, with places and times.
• The local tracking number once the parcel reaches the destination carrier.
• A lookup form: order number and email address.

Settings

Choose whether tracking links open your tracking page or the carrier’s website under ParcelKite ▸ Settings. If you move from another tracking plugin, its tracking page shortcodes and old tracking links keep working.
