Adding tracking numbers

Updated October 24, 2026

On the order screen

Every order has a Tracking box: carrier, tracking number, date shipped and – for partial shipments – the items in the parcel. You can add several parcels to one order. The carrier is detected from the number, learning from the numbers your store already used; you can always pick it yourself.

Awaiting shipment

ParcelKite ▸ Awaiting shipment lists every paid order without a tracking number, with a one-line form to add it. The fastest way to work through a day’s orders.

CSV import and paste box

ParcelKite ▸ Import accepts the common shipment tracking CSV format, or you can paste rows straight from a spreadsheet. Large files are processed in small batches, so they never time out.

Integrations

Tracking numbers can also arrive automatically from:

  • ShipStation and Stamps.com
  • Ali2Woo / AliNext
  • PluginHive UPS, FedEx and Canada Post shipping plugins
  • Your own tools, through the REST API

Carriers

60+ carriers are built in – see the full carrier list. Under ParcelKite ▸ Carriers you can hide the ones you never use and add your own carrier with a custom tracking link. Numbers without a carrier link use a universal tracking link.
