Your license key

Your key is in your order email and under My account ▸ Licenses, together with the sites it’s used on and its expiry date. Enter it under ParcelKite ▸ Settings ▸ License.

Sites

Every plan works on as many sites as you like. The Free plan follows 30 parcels a month and never expires; paid plans differ in how many new parcels ParcelKite follows automatically each month: each parcel counts once, in the month it starts, however many updates it gets.

When you reach your plan’s parcels

Parcels already on their way keep updating. New parcels keep their carrier tracking link and the shipped email, and are followed automatically as soon as your allowance allows – at the start of next month, or right away when you upgrade. ParcelKite ▸ Settings ▸ Automatic tracking shows how many parcels you have used this month.

Moving to a new domain

Click Deactivate under ParcelKite ▸ Settings ▸ License on the old site, then activate the key on the new one. You can also remove a site under My account ▸ Licenses.

Updates

While your license is active, new versions appear under Dashboard ▸ Updates like any other plugin.

When a license expires

Automatic tracking, shipment emails, SMS and PayPal sync pause. Tracking numbers, order statuses, the tracking page and all your settings keep working, and everything resumes as soon as you renew – the key stays the same.

Free trial

A trial key works exactly like a paid one. Buy a plan before it ends and you keep the same key, so nothing changes on your site.
