What carries over

• Tracking numbers stay in the orders (the same order data).
• Order statuses keep their names, and existing orders keep their status.
• Shipment emails use the common IDs, so your saved subjects and headings carry over.
• Shipment statuses, history and estimated delivery dates are imported – customers are not emailed again for updates they already got.
• Carriers, settings, PayPal credentials, email texts and Twilio details are imported.
• Existing tracking pages, links, shortcodes, REST routes and PHP functions keep answering, so connected apps keep working.

How the move works

Just install and activate ParcelKite. It imports your data in the background and switches the other tracking plugin off, so customers never get two emails for the same parcel. The other plugin’s own data is left untouched.
