How tracking credits work
Each new parcel ParcelKite follows uses one credit, however many updates it gets. Monthly plans get their credits every month; yearly plans get the whole year’s credits at once, so busy months are no problem. Credits are shared by all your sites. Used them up early? Renew early or upgrade – your license key stays the same. Your credits, tracked parcels and usage are always visible under My account ▸ Tracking usage.
