Free trials
A free trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Try ParcelKite on your own store before you buy – you keep the same key when you buy a plan.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show it. When a refund is made, the license key is deactivated.
Renewals
You can cancel automatic renewal at any time under My account, so you are not charged for the next period. Renewal payments are covered by the same refund window, counted from the renewal date.
Your rights
This policy does not limit any right to a refund or cancellation you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
